I have four years of experience with trauma-informed holistic psychotherapy. I'm equipped to work with diverse concerns, including but not limited to:
Attachment patterns, Relationship concerns, Grief, Childhood Trauma, Impact of Adverse Life Experiences and Resilience Building, Impact of Abuse, Low Confidence and Low Self-Esteem, Conditional Self Acceptance and feeling not good enough, Anxiety, Fear, Panic, Critical Self-Talk, Self-Shaming and Self-Blame Tendencies, Depression, Maladaptive coping mechanisms such as substance use, food coping, doomscrolling etc.
As a supervisor, I like to provide a safe space for us to reflect and brainstorm together, understanding the concerns of each client in-depth and exploring the root cause each concern originates from. With confidentiality and ethicality, we dive deeper into understanding the supervisee’s dynamics with their clients, the intra-psychic processes, and the unconscious material that affects the therapeutic relationship. Rather than focussing on any particular school of thought, it is an open space where we explore a blend of therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of each client. In this space, we work together to ensure the mental well-being of both the client and the counsellor.
