Before You Book
Thank you for considering therapy with me. Please note that my practice currently works exclusively with adults (18 years and above). By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Before completing your booking, please take a moment to review the Terms & Conditions, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Booking and payment for individual and joint sessions indicate your agreement with the Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Couples Therapy Protocol
Couples Therapy begins with a conjoint session, where both partners attend together to help the therapist understand the relationship concerns and goals for therapy.
Following the initial conjoint session, each partner is required to schedule one individual session with the therapist. These individual sessions provide an opportunity for the therapist to gain a deeper understanding of each partner's experiences, perspectives, and concerns.
Once both partners have completed their individual sessions, therapy will continue with conjoint sessions, during which both partners will attend together. These sessions will focus on collaboratively addressing the identified concerns, enhancing the health of the relationship, and working toward the agreed-upon therapy goals.
Booking Individual and Joint Sessions
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking confirmation email. Upon successful payment, clients will receive a confirmation email containing their appointment details and instructions for joining the session. Therapy services are delivered online via Google Meet at the scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Appointment
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled therapy or supervision session. To make changes, open your booking confirmation email, scroll to the bottom, and click either the Reschedule or Cancel option. Your appointment will be updated accordingly.
Joining Your Online Appointment
Your appointment will take place via Google Meet using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
Please join the meeting at your scheduled time. If you have not joined the meeting, I will send you a reminder email and continue to wait for up to 20 minutes from the scheduled start time. If you still do not join the meeting within those 20 minutes, the meeting will be concluded, and the appointment will be considered a no-show.
Except in cases of a genuine emergency, no refunds will be issued for no-show appointments. If you experience an unforeseen emergency that prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss the situation.
Sessions via Video Mode
Couples Therapy is available only via Video Mode. All sessions are scheduled and conducted via secure video conferencing on Google Meet.
