Before You Book

Thank you for considering supervision with me. Please note that my practice currently works exclusively with adults (18 years and above). By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Before completing your booking, please take a moment to review the Terms & Conditions, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Booking and payment for a supervision indicate your agreement with the Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy. 

Booking A Supervision

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking confirmation email. Upon successful payment, clients will receive a confirmation email containing their appointment details and instructions for joining the appointment. Supervision services are delivered online via Google Meet at the scheduled appointment time. 

Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Appointment

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled supervision. To make changes, open your booking confirmation email, scroll to the bottom, and click either the Reschedule or Cancel option. Your appointment will be updated accordingly.

Joining Your Online Appointment

Your appointment will take place via Google Meet using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.

Please join the meeting at your scheduled time. If you have not joined the meeting, I will send you a reminder email and continue to wait for up to 20 minutes from the scheduled start time. If you still do not join the meeting within those 20 minutes, the meeting will be concluded, and the appointment will be considered a no-show. 

Except in cases of a genuine emergency, no refunds will be issued for no-show appointments. If you experience an unforeseen emergency that prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss the situation.

Prefer an audio-only appointment?
If you would prefer an audio-only appointment instead of a video appointment, simply join your scheduled Google Meet using the link sent to your email and keep your camera turned off. The appointment will proceed as audio-only.
